ATTFE College hosted two #FEnomenal Coronation Events on Wednesday 3rd May 2023 at Sherwood Forest and Thursday 4th May 2023 at Sutton Lawn.
Over 1000 local primary school children attended the events, along with VIP guests, including Alex Peace-Gadsby OBE DL, who represented the King.
Our Programme of Study learners (16-19) used the events to carry out work experience opportunities as event stewards, and we also had our adult learners volunteering.
We collaborated with local businesses, including Taylors Transport, Bee Noticed, Sherwood Forest RSPB, everyone Active plus many more, who made the events truly amazing.
It was a remarkable two days, celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III.
