ATTFE College #InThisTogether Strategy

At ATTFE College, supporting our local community to thrive is central to our mission. We are proud to collaborate with many local stakeholders to make this possible. By working together, we maximize the use of local resources to create opportunities for individuals, especially those in greatest need, positively impacting social mobility.

Our #InThisTogether Strategy aims to identify more opportunities for partnership, inviting local stakeholders to join us in strengthening, healing, and enriching our communities.

The #InThisTogether Strategy outlines six key themes that will guide our efforts over the next academic year. These themes, identified through local data and feedback from stakeholders and the community, include:

  1. Supporting workplace wellbeing and learning
  2. Building inclusive communities
  3. Reducing food and fuel poverty
  4. Supporting families and children
  5. Encouraging volunteering
  6. Improving health and wellbeing

In addition to these six themes, we are committed to helping all our learners progress toward employment and enhancing their digital and functional skills for both everyday life and the workplace.
