You will learn about the 7 principles of mindfulness, Various Breathing methods, Self-awareness, being kinder to yourself and how to use mindfulness to support you to feel calmer and less stressed. You will have an understanding of how to set aside time to focus on the mind-body connection and where mindfulness can be used in daily life.
This is a FREE course. Learners may need to bring a cushion and a blanket for personal comfort.
