Butterfly Bakery, delivered by ATTFE College, was created from the passion and creativity of our Sugarcraft learners. What began as a love for sugar craft has grown into an exciting venture where learners continue to build their skills while giving back to the community.
Through volunteering with the bakery, learners gain valuable experience in areas such as enterprise, customer service, and teamwork, helping them to develop both personally and professionally.
Butterfly Bakery creates delicious cakes made to order for community events and activities and also personalised celebration cakes for individuals and special occasions.
All profits are reinvested to support further opportunities that bring lasting benefits to our local community through Support to Shine CIC (company number 14711224), a local voluntary organisation focused on improving the lives of local people.

Shine Catering Enterprise creates wonderful buffets, meals, and dining experiences for local events and individuals. This team has become highly skilled in creating fabulous food whilst adhering to a budget. A lot of work goes into designing menus, shopping for ingredients, preparing food, and working at events, including serving. Food Hygiene is strictly adhered to, and the praise received for their work has been magnificent.
Orders and commissions can be taken at any time, from ready meals to platinum buffets for up to a hundred people. All funds raised go to ‘Support to Shine CIC, company number 14711224,’ a local voluntary organisation focused on improving the lives of local people.

Let’s All Eat is a community interest company that was founded in July 2015 in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Our goal is to use surplus food from supermarkets to create social enterprise meals for the Ashfield community. We’re committed to reducing food waste and preventing food poverty within the local community.
Let’s All Eat was established in July 2015 in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
At the core of Let’s All Eat is a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to supporting the company’s fundamental objectives. These objectives include providing opportunities for community catering, social eating, and access to affordable food. They also aim to provide a range of training opportunities to enable personal development that can improve employability. In addition, they strive to develop services identified by the community for the community.
Through these objectives, Let’s All Eat can bring the community together, reduce social isolation, assist with weekly cooking plans, and reduce meal costs. There is also a pay-it-forward function when purchasing a meal to support people within the community, who can access food for free if required.
