The Essential Digital Skills qualifications (EDSQ’s) have been designed to incorporate a key core of knowledge and skills that learners need for everyday life.
The content of the qualification is based on the National standards for essential digital skills and covers 5 key skills areas:
- Using devices and handling information
- Creating and editing
- Communicating
- Transacting
- Being safe and responsible online
The qualifications are appropriate for learners (16+) across a wide range of settings.
