Try this recipe for carrot bhaji’s – it’s a great alternative to eating meat!
What you will need:
  • 🥛 200g plain flour
  • 💦 Fizzy water
  • 🫑 Spices – chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, 🧄 garlic, cardamom, fennel seeds grind or use powder. Use any combination to make 1 tablespoon.
  • 🥕100g grated carrot
  • 🧅1 onion sliced
Method:
  1. Make the batter by adding water till it’s a creamy consistency.
  2. Add the carrot and onion and shallow fry for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with salad and your favourite sauce!
