- 200g plain flour
- Fizzy water
- Spices – chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, garlic, cardamom, fennel seeds grind or use powder. Use any combination to make 1 tablespoon.
- 100g grated carrot
- 1 onion sliced
- Make the batter by adding water till it’s a creamy consistency.
- Add the carrot and onion and shallow fry for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with salad and your favourite sauce!
