It’s the best way to learn!

ATTFE College Post 16 foundation courses are assessed entirely by portfolio and practical work. We have no set requirements, but will work closely with the learner and their family to ensure the course is suitable. Contact us to arrange a meeting with a member of the team.

Course content

These courses allow learners to develop ‘Independent Living Skills’, such as building confidence and social skills through a range of fun and engaging projects and activities, as well as learning practical work skills.

Who are Foundation courses for?

We understand that not everyone feels comfortable moving from school to a large college setting, and we pride ourselves on being smaller and friendlier than most local colleges. We recognise that this could be an ideal way of supporting learners with taking the step from the school environment into the college or work environment they may be aiming for in the future.
